- Receive and print incoming e-mail automatically, or suppress printing and delete messages from the server
Desktop faxing
- Utilize the OfficeBridge Tiffmaker feature to send documents created on your PC directly to a remote fax machine
Internet faxing
- Send documents from the MFP to a remote Internet fax unit, dramatically reducing long-distance costs
- When an Internet fax is received, the MFP can print the document, route it to a personal or public inbox, or suppress print out and store the document in a separate file (Supports HIPPA compliance)
