E-mail Retreival
Higher Information Group can scan your stored documents and send them to you via e-mail in a password protected PDF file. Upon receipt you can access the file with the password we provide you during account set up.
FTP Retreival
Higher Information group can scan in your document and place it on a secure, password protected FTP site. You can retrieve the file using your Internet Explorer web browser and you can view the password protected PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
Original to Desk
Call our storage facility and we will have our bonded and insured delivery driver bring your documents to your desk.
Duplicate to Desk
Call our storage facility and we will make a duplication of your documents and have our bonded and insured delivery driver bring them to your desk.
Archive to Disk
Call in and have our document storage personnel scan your documents to PDF or TIFF format and place them on a CD. The CD will be delivered to your desk upon completion.
Archive and Destroy
Call in and have our document storage personnel scan your documents to PDF or TIFF format and archive them to CD. The original documents will be shredded after the CD is delivered to you.
