Software
Higher Information Group utilizes state of the art software which records all boxes entering our document storage area. This software requires additional authentication outside of the windows XP/Vista operating system. HIG can review all access to this software system. All users are provided their own ID and login to the system.
Document Storage Software
Our document storage software system enables us to enter in retention policies and destruction dates so our facility is compatible with your companyís document retention policy.
Card Swipe System
A card swipe system manages employee access into the document storage facility. Only key personnel will have access to the document storage area.
Bar Code System
Document boxes are identified using a bar code system. Access to the document storage database will be limited to key personnel in the document storage department.
Fike Fire System
A Fike fire system utilizing Ecaro-25 gas, eliminates the possibility of a fire in the document storage facility. Using gas instead of water, Ecaro-25 is non corrsosive and will not damage any documents if expelled from the system.
Protection
Protection from humidity and moisture damage is guaranteed by a Trane air handling unit which monitors air flow and temperature.
