Paul B. Zimmerman wanted a better invoice mailing process. Paul B. Zimmerman mails 4,000 invoices every month. The invoices vary in size, page count and inserts. Zimmerman was hoping to have a small mailing machine that was reliable and capable of interfacing with their existing database. The solution had to be “smart” enough to know when one invoice stopped and another started. The invoicing had to be mailed out on time and without any errors.
Higher Information Group introduced Paul B. Zimmerman to the SECAP mailing machines. We coupled SECAP’s OMR software with Zimmerman’s existing database software in order to create a seamless transition from invoice to envelope for every customer. Higher Information Group installed the mailing machine and set up default templates for the different invoices. The templates enabled Zimmerman’s staff to process the invoices at the push of a button. The solution we put together enabled them to process all of the invoices in-house saving the company time and eliminating the expensive mail house fees.
