The Problem:
Skelly & Loy Engineering wanted to streamline their printer fleet. Having too many laser printers and many malfunctioning copiers, Skell & Loy called their current vendor and never received an answer or a solution to their problems. Skelly & Loy also saw a need for a more efficient print management and auditing system. As with any customer, they wanted to reduce costs and have newer, better print devices.
The Solution:
We reveiwed all of Skelly & Loy’s business equipment and compiled an analysis of their print processes. We helped Skelly & Loy develop internal procedures incorporating scanning, document printing, and a software based print auditing system. All of the end-users received in-depth customized training which covered print drivers, fiery applications, paper types/weights, scanning tips, and general printer related training.
